Return & Exchange Policy
Because all of our products are customized and personalized for Atlanta Toyota employees, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Please note:
- All sales are final on personalized items.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, style, or preference.
- If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue.

Shipping Policy
All orders placed through this store are delivered directly to Atlanta Toyota in Duluth, GA. Orders are not shipped to employee home addresses.
Once delivered to the dealership, orders are distributed internally to employees. Please allow time for processing and delivery to the dealership before items are made available for pickup.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- All shipments go to the dealership only.
- No orders are shipped to individual homes.
- It is the responsibility of each employee to pick up their order once it has been delivered to the dealership.
